A quick important note on the process 
of CHANGING yourself to become 
STRONGER INTERNALLY:
At first, the learning actually HURTS,
(i.e. NOT giving in to your fears
or insecurities) the change feels 
MORE uncomfortable than not changing 
and just continuing what you 
were doing before (i.e. giving in
to your insecurities or catering
to them) but if you just 
STICK with the NEW PATTERN of 
behavior, (i.e. NOT giving into 
your insecurities) it, it gets BETTER, 
WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY better, you
start to actually EMOTIONALLY
change and become stronger and
see how the insecurity was 
HOGWASH. 
You start to finally SEE the truth
that this stuff WORKS.
Most people QUIT because they think 
the initial pain is a sign they are 
doing it all wrong or that it doesn't
work- but this is the most important
time to STICK with it, because THIS 
is where a MASSIVE change happens, 
if you just STICK with it.
Many people make the mistake of making 
a bit of a change, then feeling 
uncomfortable they QUIT AFTER A COUPLE 
OF DAYS, etc, then they go back and do 
it again a few weeks later, then 
QUIT after a couple of days, they 
never stick with it for enough 
CONSECUTIVE days so that they experience 
the real CHANGE, all they experience is 
the pain, so they figure it doesn't 
work. 
But if you just stick with it, through 
the initial pain, THAT'S where the 
REAL CHANGE happens.
